Timeless Heritage Village Family Session

If you've never been to the Heritage Village site in Largo, I'd love to take you there! The 21-acre living history museum, located in the heart of Pinellas County, offers a natural pine and palmetto landscape and features some of Pinellas County's most historic buildings. This destination is perfect for a photoshoot with an "old time" feeling because of the variety of historic homes, general store, railroad depot, two schools, church, barn and overall charm. 

Oftentimes, my clients will request family photos every year, and it's up to me to keep their images fresh with new ideas and locations. In past years, we had gorgeous results shooting on the beach and in various parks in the area. However, this time, we were also celebrating their youngest daughter's first birthday. Mom did a fantastic job coordinating outfits, and the girls had so much fun frolicking around the village of historic Florida buildings. This location is special because you really feel like you are stepping back in time, and that feeling of awe and wonder really shows in the photos. Maybe it's the way the natural light filters through the pines, or the love and warmth of a young family with so many adventures ahead of them...I am so blessed to have the opportunity to capture both!
