Etheral & Stormy Senior Portrait Session on Fort Desoto-St.Petersburg Florida

A high school senior traveled all the way from Ohio to Fort De Soto to have her dream portraits captured with Jessica McKnight Photography. She envisioned something ethereal, moody, and unforgettable—and we delivered exactly that. The scene couldn’t have been more perfect: a soft, glowing light wrapped around her as an incoming storm rolled in over the Gulf, creating a dramatic sky.

The wind worked in our favor, lifting strands of her hair, tugging at the flowing fabric of her dress and stirring the ocean, adding a sense of motion and life to each frame. The colors were bold and striking—deep ocean blues, sandy neutrals, and the rich, warm tones of the setting sun blending into the moody clouds. Every wave, gust of wind, and flicker of light became part of the story.

She radiated confidence and grace, and the final gallery was a breathtaking collection of images she’ll treasure forever.
